Don't Get Too Comfortable | Motivation Monday

I have a question for you all. What happens if water stays in one place for too long with nothing coming in or going out? It gets stagnant. Its quality drastically decreases. It gets unusable. The same negative process happens to us when we get comfortable and stop moving.
